About the Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley
Located in Radford, Va., we are a non-profit, human service agency with the purpose of providing programs and services to adult and child victims of domestic and sexual violence. For 30 years, we’ve been providing hope and help to those who need it in the New River Valley. Our center, the oldest in Virginia, has been and will continue to be the cornerstone of courage and inspiration for thousands of people in our community.
The Women’s Resource Center is committed to serving all victims of domestic and sexual violence, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, disability, or veteran status.
Our mission:
To create a community free of domestic and sexual violence.
